Cookie Notice

This notice lists every cookie and browser-storage item the PharmTech.AI site uses, what each one does, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. Our approach

We use no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking cookies, and no analytics cookies. Visiting the site sets no PharmTech.AI cookies at all — the single first-party cookie below appears only after you sign in. (The Cloudflare bot-defense frame described in section 4 may use its own cookies inside that frame; we set none.)

2. The one cookie we set

3. Local and session storage — data that stays on your device

Some pages save small items in your browser's local storage or session storage. These are not cookies: nothing in them is transmitted to us — they stay on your device.

`ptai_acct`	A flag (the value "1") set while you're signed in so pages can show your signed-in state immediately.	Until you sign out, or until the site clears it after your session ends
`ptai_rl`	A session-storage flag that limits a page to one automatic refresh when your signed-in display is out of date.	Until the tab closes
`cc-bench-v1` and `cc-bench-pin-v1`	Your readiness-drill run history and, if you set one, its PIN record — so your drill results survive a page reload. Created only if you run the drill.	Until you clear it in the drill or clear the site's data in your browser
`doe-study-designer-…`	Draft studies and settings in the study designer, saved on your device so your work isn't lost between visits. Created only if you use that tool.	Until you delete the study or clear the site's data

4. Third-party services

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Two Cloudflare features can involve your browser:

Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot-defense check on our sign-in page and on the homepage subscription forms. It loads when one of those pages loads, runs inside a Cloudflare frame, and may use its own cookies or storage within that frame to tell people from automated abuse. It is used for security only. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare Web Analytics — if enabled, we measure site traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is deliberately privacy-first: it sets no cookies, uses no local storage, collects no personal information, and does not track individuals across sites. It reports only aggregate page views and performance.

We use no other third-party scripts, pixels, or embeds.

5. How to control these

Your browser's settings let you block or delete cookies and site data for pharmtech.ai at any time. Two consequences to know: deleting the session cookie signs you out, and clearing site data removes locally saved drill results and draft studies. Because we set no advertising or tracking cookies, there is nothing here that requires a consent banner — the one cookie we use is strictly necessary for sign-in, and everything else stays on your device.

6. Changes

If we add or change a cookie or storage item, we will update this notice and its "Last updated" date before or when the change ships.
