These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PharmTech.AI website and services ("Services"), operated by Aligned Executive Solutions, Inc. ("we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services — including the weekly brief, demonstration samples, the Evidence Pack, the validation rationale, and any simulation — are provided for education, training, and rehearsal purposes only. They are based on public FDA records. They are not legal, regulatory, or compliance advice; not a gap assessment or audit of any facility; and they do not guarantee any inspection, regulatory, or business outcome. They do not write to, and do not constitute, any GxP or regulated record. You are solely responsible for your own quality, regulatory, and business decisions.
PharmTech.AI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any government agency.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for your internal business and educational use. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative products from the Services or their content without our written permission. All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by us or our licensors.
Materials marked "demonstration sample" are illustrative, may contain placeholder content, and are pending subject-matter-expert sign-off. They do not represent a real exercise, facility, or completed validation.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, for free Services, US $100).
You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or use them in violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms; the revised version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
